• Previously when the Police registered a criminal offence it was an analogue procedure. The legal clerks received the relevant data of the case by mail and typed these into their own system which consequently was sent out to the people involved.

Samson is the name of a new digital system which is the first step towards meeting the stated objective to modernize and streamline the Courts internal processes – to the benefit of both staff members and citizens. Goodmorning Technology was asked to design the service and the digital application for this project.
  • The challenges consisted of identifying which elements, functions or content had to be conveyed from the analogue system to the digital interface system? Which elements can be removed or optimized – all to make the processes more smooth and efficient? Again; the users are the key to unveil the answers.

Based on interviews, observations and workshops GMTN analyzed, conceptualized, designed and implemented a customized, digital application.

The name is Samson which soon will be launched - to the delight of both the court system and the Danish citizens.
