• As a counterpart to the usual documentation for a company´s yearly charity donation, e.g. a diploma to hang on the wall, GMTN developed a concept and design which would personalize and add value when donating for the developing world.

GMTN joined forces with the DanChurchAid to challenge this tradition and examine whether it was possible to create a new kind of documentation which would add value for the donators and generate attention and loyalty to DanChurchAid.
  • One of the challenges of the task consisted in the fact that the target group; small and middle sized companies´ areas of expertise, demography, taste and preferences has a wide range. How to create a form of approach that separates the DanChurchAid form its competitors, convincing the donators to hand over a yearly donation.

The objective was to avoid creating piece goods but instead make something that would create loyalty by making the companies come back and repeat the success on a yearly basis. This is why the focal point of the concept evolved around wanting to give something back to the donator and was executed as art in an alternative idiom in the shape of a box. The donators would receive art – in the shape of a decorated box of glass.
  • The title of the project is; Vi gir kassen – which is a Danish wordplay and translated means that the company wants the world to know that they have given a contribution to charity.
